Description

Strata™ Weight Vest Plates bring durable resistance and ergonomic design to your training, whether you're lifting, running, tackling HIIT, functional fitness, military, or tactical workouts. These weighted vest plates are compatible with the REP® Strata™ weight vest and most standard plate carrier vests. These plates allow you to dial in exact loads for training or competition. Paired with the 2.3lb Strata™ vest, the precision options bring your total vest weight to 14lbs (women’s standard) or 20lbs (men’s standard), meeting competition standards for functional fitness athletes and people training with intent.
