DESCRIPTION

The Force USA Functional Trainer Rack—FTR for short—combines a functional trainer and half rack in one overbuilt system. With 3x3 uprights, 11-gauge steel, and compact, corner-friendly design, it delivers serious strength without wasting space.

Freestyle pulley arms glide up, down, and side to side on reversible trolleys, running smooth at a 2:1 ratio through polished aluminum pulleys. Dual 200lb stacks (upgradeable to 250 or 300) keep resistance dialed in for any lift.

Finished in matte black with knurled touchpoints, built-in suspension trainer compatibility, and smart storage for bars, bands, and accessories—the FTR isn’t just a rack, it’s the new standard.
